1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
For pre-owned or refurbished devices, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
Accessories such as chargers, cables, and screen protectors are non-refundable once opened.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support at call +971 566529968 within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.
Once the item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of an exchange or replacement, delivery charges may apply.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
