At Mr Mobile UAE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.

  • For pre-owned or refurbished devices, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

  • Accessories such as chargers, cables, and screen protectors are non-refundable once opened.

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.

  3. Once the item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • In case of an exchange or replacement, delivery charges may apply.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
