You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the Website for unlawful activities. 5) Product Information & Availability We aim to display accurate product details (specifications, condition, images, pricing, and availability). We may request verification to prevent fraud. International / Outside-UAE Deliveries For deliveries outside the UAE (or special delivery locations), payment is required in advance (100%) before shipping. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country. 8) Delivery & Risk Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, address issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. For customer device purchases by Mr Mobile: · We may inspect the device (physical condition, functionality, IMEI, and other checks). · Final offer value may depend on inspection results. · Mr Mobile may refuse a purchase if a device appears counterfeit, stolen, or tampered with, or if documentation/identity requirements are not met. 10) Exchange Policy (10 Days) Mr Mobile offers a 10-day exchange policy, subject to the conditions below. You may be eligible for exchange if: · The delivered product is incorrect (must be in original condition and packaging where applicable), or · The delivered product has a defect that is confirmed upon inspection, or · Exchange is requested within 10 days in accordance with the product condition rules below.
