International / Outside-UAE Deliveries For deliveries outside the UAE (or special delivery locations), payment is required in advance (100%) before shipping. You may be eligible for exchange if: · The delivered product is incorrect (must be in original condition and packaging where applicable), or · The delivered product has a defect that is confirmed upon inspection, or · Exchange is requested within 10 days in accordance with the product condition rules below.
