These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of mrmobile.ae (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from Mr Mobile (“Mr Mobile”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Website, placing an order, contacting us, or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
1) Sanctions / Restricted Jurisdictions
Mr Mobile will not provide products or services to any country, person, or entity subject to sanctions including OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE laws and applicable regulations.

3) Definitions
· “Website” means mrmobile.ae and its content, services, and features.
· “Product” means any mobile phone, device, accessory, or related item offered for sale on the Website.
· “New Device” means a brand-new item (where applicable) with official brand warranty.
· “Used/Pre-owned Device” means any second-hand device sold by Mr Mobile, which may have different warranty terms.
· “You/Customer” means any person accessing the Website or placing an order.
4) Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using the Website and placing an order, you confirm that:
· You can legally enter into a binding contract; and
· The information you provide (name, phone, address, email, payment details) is accurate and complete.
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the Website for unlawful activities.
5) Product Information & Availability
We aim to display accurate product details (specifications, condition, images, pricing, and availability). However:
· Images may be illustrative and may vary from the actual product (especially for used devices).
· Used device condition may include minor cosmetic wear consistent with pre-owned items.
· Stock availability can change without notice.
If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the order and refund (if payment was received), or offer an alternative.
6) Pricing, Typographical Errors & Order Acceptance
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Website and may change without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Mr Mobile reserves the right to:
· correct the error;
· cancel or refuse the order; and/or
· contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the corrected price.
An order is considered accepted only after we confirm it through our communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp/phone/email) and/or dispatch the item.
7) Payments
UAE Orders
Payment methods may vary based on availability and order type. We may request verification to prevent fraud.
International / Outside-UAE Deliveries
For deliveries outside the UAE (or special delivery locations), payment is required in advance (100%) before shipping.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country.
8) Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, address issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (or upon handover to the courier, depending on delivery method). Please inspect the package upon receipt and report issues promptly.
9) Used Devices (Buying & Selling)
Mr Mobile sells both new and used/pre-owned devices. We may also purchase used devices from customers.
For customer device purchases by Mr Mobile:
· We may inspect the device (physical condition, functionality, IMEI, and other checks).
· Final offer value may depend on inspection results.
· Mr Mobile may refuse a purchase if a device appears counterfeit, stolen, or tampered with, or if documentation/identity requirements are not met.
10) Exchange Policy (10 Days)
Mr Mobile offers a 10-day exchange policy, subject to the conditions below.
You may be eligible for exchange if:
· The delivered product is incorrect (must be in original condition and packaging where applicable), or
· The delivered product has a defect that is confirmed upon inspection, or
· Exchange is requested within 10 days in accordance with the product condition rules below.
Important conditions:
· Used/Pre-owned devices: exchange eligibility depends on the condition and the terms shown on the product page.
· Products must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repair.
· Accessories, seals, and packaging requirements may apply depending on the product category.
Mr Mobile reserves the right to inspect the product before approving an exchange.
Note: If you want, we can add a separate Return/Refund policy page. Right now you only confirmed “10 days exchange” (not refund), so this Terms page is written accordingly.
11) Warranty
New Devices
Brand-new devices come with official brand warranty (where applicable). Warranty coverage and duration are determined by the brand/manufacturer and may require proof of purchase.
Used / Pre-owned Devices
If a warranty is provided for a used device, it will be clearly mentioned on the specific product page. If not mentioned, the product may be sold without warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
· physical damage (drops, cracks, dents, pressure damage),
· liquid/water damage, moisture exposure, corrosion,
· misuse, mishandling, overheating, power surge,
· unauthorized opening/repair/modification,
· normal wear and tear (especially for used devices).
12) Reviews & User Content Guidelines
If you post reviews or other content, you agree that:
· your content is truthful and not misleading;
· it does not include offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful material;
· it does not violate third-party rights.
We may remove or refuse reviews/content at our discretion. By submitting content, you grant Mr Mobile the right to use, display, and publish it for website and marketing purposes without compensation.
13) Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Mr Mobile is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
14) Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analytics, and site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product/order.
